The Predictive Index (formerly known as PI Worldwide) was founded in 1955. The Predictive Index provides candidate assessment and talent optimization services.
For candidate assessment purposes, The Predictive Index offers The PI Behavioral Assessment and The PI Cognitive Assessment.
The PI Cognitive Assessment (PICA) is also known as the Predictive Index Learning Indicator (PILI) or the Professional Learning Indicator (PLI).
The PICA assesses your cognitive ability through three categories: verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning, and abstract reasoning.
The PICA consists of 50 questions with a time limit of only 12 minutes.
Learn more about the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment (PICA).
The PI Behavioral Assessment Test is designed to evaluate your cultural fit in the workplace by discovering your personal motivations and needs.
The assessment contains two pages:
On the first page, you will be given a list of 86 adjectives and will be asked to choose the adjectives that you believe reflect your behavior.
On the next page, you will be given the same list of adjectives, but now you must check them in accordance with how you believe others perceive you.
The test is untimed but will normally take around 5 to 10 minutes.
Preparing for the PIBA should have little effect and may even damage your chances. If you try to “fake” your answers by providing ingenuine answers, you will risk being discovered.
When answering the questions, try to be yourself and to be honest. This will give a true insight into the type of person you are.
If you are facing the Predictive Index Cognitive Assessment (PICA), we have some good news. We can help you prepare.
