This is the Card Rotation Test. This test consists of 120 spatial ability items with a time limit of 15 minutes. 120 items may sound like a lot, but each item is answered fairly fast.

Instructions:
The test has 15 pages with 8 items on each page. While you can skip a page without answering all items on that page, we do not recommend it. There is no navigation bar in this test, so returning to the page later is not so easy.


In this test you are presented with an object at the top and 8 objects below it. For each of the 8 objects below, you have to answer if the object is the same as the first object or if it is different. An object is considered the same if it has been rotated but NOT if it has been mirrored.

Example:

Which of the objects at the bottom is the same as the object at the top, rotated but not mirrored? If your answer is object 1 and 4, you are correct. Object 2 and 3 was mirrored before rotation.
