Cognitive Aptitude Test

The Cognitive Aptitude Test comprises verbal, numerical, spatial, and abstract reasoning questions. The resulting score reflects a person’s ability to solve problems, extract and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically.

Numerical Aptitude Test

The Numerical Aptitude Test comprises numerical logic, numerical reasoning, arithmetic ability, and data interpretation questions. The resulting score reflects a person's ability to think logically, solve complex numerical problems and extract data from graphs and tables.

Verbal Aptitude Test

The Verbal Aptitude Test comprises verbal reasoning, word analogies, verbal ability, and verbal comprehension questions. The resulting score reflects a person's ability to solve complex verbal problems, apply correct grammar and spelling, apply vocabulary knowledge, and to read and comprehend passages of text.

Mechanical Aptitude Test

The Mechanical Aptitude Test determines a person's aptitude for learning mechanical skills. The resulting score reflects a person's ability to solve problems practically, apply physical laws, and understand mechanical operations.

Abstract Reasoning Test

The Abstract Reasoning Test measures a person's ability to analyze information and solve problems on a complex, thought-based level. The abstract problems include no text and can therefore be considered as less biased than text-based questions; language and cultural differences are no factor.

Spatial Ability Test

The Spatial Ability Test measures a candidate's ability to understand and remember the spatial relations among objects. The candidate is required to mentally manipulate 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional figures.

Clerical Ability Test

The Clerical Ability Test comprises six sub-tests designed to measure a candidate's basic clerical skills. The Clerical Ability Test is appropriate for clerks, receptionists, secretaries and other administrative employees.

Typing Test

The Typing Test comprises three sub-tests designed to measure a candidate's typing speed and accuracy. The Typing Test is appropriate for data entry workers, clerks, receptionists, secretaries, and other administrative employees.

Data Entry Test

The Data Entry Test comprises two sub-tests designed to measure a candidate's Data Entry Skills. The Typing Test is appropriate for data entry clerks, paralegals, accountants, financial clerks, office assistants, and other administrative employees.
